Located in the heart of Morisset's Industrial Precinct, our espresso bar at 43 Alliance Avenue—right next to The Hive Academy—officially opened its doors on 28 May 2024. The space was created with a clear vision: to serve exceptional specialty coffee, from expertly crafted blends to carefully sourced single origins, while also fostering a sense of connection and community.
Following four rewarding years operating That Coffee Van, we've built lasting relationships through our love of coffee. This new chapter is a natural evolution of that journey—designed to deepen those connections and grow alongside our loyal community.
The fit-out was brought to life through a collaborative effort with Mark Bowles of HCC Constructions, based on a thoughtful design by Kassandra Richards of Tweaq Group in partnership with D.Sign Block.
We're incredibly proud of the result and grateful for the opportunity to shape a space that truly reflects our values.
